"An Open Letter For SM LIPA" After Lining Up For An Hour This Lady Was Pissed For Their Lack Of Customer Service.

An open letter for the one of the biggest company in the Philippines had surfaced on the social media.

A complaint by a netizen about the customer service of a shopping mall in Lipa, Batangas.

According to the customer, they have been patiently waiting for almost an hour to pay their goods in the blue basket lane. While the big cart lane is almost empty.

She tried to go to the big cart lane and the security guard on duty didn't allow her to do so. What the security guard said is he will get a big cart for her so she could use the big cart lane.

What pissed the lady off is, that doesn't change anything but the cart only.

To SM SUPERMARKET LIPA:

I am not one to complain on social media but geez! I was lining up for an hour just to pay for 15 items coz the line was freakin 2 kilometres away. And here's the thing the Big Cart lane has few people on it and the line was only 4-5 people and you are not letting the customers on the small basket to pay there? WTF. BUT ANYWAYS.

I walked towards the big basket lane and the security guard told me off and that was it. I lost it. The point is. Why would SM the biggest supermarket company in the country have their customers line up for a 1 hour to pay for goods they picked on aisles for 20 minutes or less???

Heres the stupid part: I told the guard off and explained why their system rots and you know what he said to me? He said "I'm sorry maa'm but this lane are for big carts only, what ill do is ill get you a big cart and you can put your basket in it."

Ha? Seriously! That doesnt change the amount of goods i'm paying for.

Those poor people lining up on the blue cart, what are they? They're your freakin customers too! 



What really pissed me off is their lack of customer service especially for a company that makes billions.

Haven't they realize that people have places to go and do? I see a lot of mums lining up with their kids and kids are starting to go crazy because of boredom. 

Please SM LIPA fix your check out process. Pay attention to what your customers are telling you! Coz no jokes every person in my line was complaining how stupidly slow is your checkout . 😠😡

Sa mga taga lipa pakishare neto please lang. Something has to change. Time consuming activities like this doesn't make sense at all! — at SM City Lipa.
