Alice Dixson and Robinson "Snake Man"

There has been this mysterious rumor since 90's that this particular mall, Robinsons Galleria, hides a mysterious creature behind its dressing rooms. That creature was said to be a half snake, half human. And is the twin brother of Robina Gokongwei, daughter of Robinsons' founder, John Gokongwei Jr.

Actress Alice Dixson even once claimed that she survived the human-snake once when she went to a Robinsons Mall. In which Robinsons Mall, I don't know. Further, according to stories, the human-snake fell in love with her. Deciding not to kill her. And Alice escaped.

However, Alice, said that it didn't really happen in her later interviews. Some people say Alice just broke the news because she is trying to revive her career. Some people say Alice changed her statements because she was paid by the Gokongweis. There are also gossips that even Rita Avila became a victim of this human-snake. However, there are no more stories about Avila's encounter with this human-snake creature.

Gretchen Baretto "Elevator"

While inside an elevator of a building, the eldest Barretto sister was irked when an old lady stepped in. Gretchen asked her aide to tell the old lady to get out of the elevator.

The old lady then told Gretchen, “Get out of my building.” Turns out the old lady was mother of the building’s owner! Subsequently, Ms. Barretto was never allowed in the building again.

Lucy Torres "Klepto"

Pretty, fair and demure Lucy Torres, wife of Richard Gomez (above), is a shoplifting freak. Her thievery has escalated to the point that she can’t shop without being followed by an assistant who pays for every item she’s lifted. A security camera at Rustan’s captured Lucy doing the Winona hand-trick and the footage found its way to the desk of Karen Davila. The Kapamilya station agreed not to air the video in exchange for unknown favors from Goma.

Death in Dos Palmas, Rico Yan
Rico Yan, a young actor, who was a symbol of youth and good behavior, died of drug overdose. The public was told that he died of a natural cause. But people who knew said the actor died after taking one too many Ecstasy pills. That evening before he died in his sleep, the actor was observed acting like he couldn’t control his sexual longing.

One of the effects of Ecstasy is enhanced sexual desire.

Ecstasy use is becoming widespread among the rich and famous. Its use is allegedly common among some habitués at posh nightspots.

Mysterious Death of Julie Vega

According to rumors, the cause of her death is the last horror movie she made. It was said she was cursed by some what a kind of engkantada when they created it in a province. They say that Julie used to be very lively and active, until the time they were filming the horror film. They believed that the spirits felt they were disturbed and disrespected by the people doing the film. The spirits or Engkanto's might have taken a liking to the pretty star which causes the illness that seemingly struck the actress unexpectedly.

One of the accounts, said that when Julie and the crew were filming the movie, Julie saw a child with beards several  times in the temporary comfort room that the staff built. They even sacrificed a chicken to appease the being and to show respect to the place.

The Albularyo's (folk healer or medicine men) strongly believed that Julie Vega's body just appears to be dead but actually is not. They say that the Engkantos (Enchanted Ones) have taken Julie Vega's soul to go with them but the body is still alive. They said they could have performed a certain ritual so Julie Vega could go back to her earthly body, but it was too late already. And of course, most of the people won't believe such things.

Still, some say that Julie Vega now resides with the Engkanto, dancing with them around the woods of Mt. Manalmon.

While this is the belief of the townfolk, others believed that the family have faced several unlucky events after Julie purchased their house.

People at the chapel who condoled with the family recalled that the Postigos weren't lucky in the house they had bought with Julie's earnings in 1982. Less that a hundred days after the purchase, second son Jeffrey was stabbed to death inside a car.
