Microscopic Meat Loving Sea Creatures Eat Teenage's Leg's Worst Part Is It Won't Stop Bleeding

A Day In The Beach Seems Fun Until You Got Out Of The Water And You See Your Legs Bleeding Continuously Without Even Feeling Anything

A boy named Sam Kanizay emerged from the water in the Melbourne's Brighton Beach with legs bleeding continuously. According to him, when he got out of the water there were some things attached to his legs that look's like a sand so he removed them quite violently and when he walked and got out of the water he noticed that he's ankle's are bleeding, he didn't want the house to get stain by blood so he decided to call his mom and dad from the window, when they saw him they didn't panic because their son is calm and looks like he is not in pain. But when they tried to hose down the blood from his ankles they got surprised because the blood won't stop flowing that's when they decided to catch some of these creatures he shrugged off and go to a hospital. Let's read Dr Chris Brown's post about this.

These aren't special effects from a horror film; this is fact. After standing in waist deep water at Melbourne's Brighton Beach for 30 minutes, teenager Sam Kanizay emerged with his legs bleeding profusely. But just what caused these wounds may be the most mysterious part...

For once a massive shark isn't being implicated. Instead, to find the answer we need to go microscopic. In fact, a closer examination showed he was bleeding from tiny pinprick holes that were only on his ankles and feet. The culprit lives in or around the beach sand. The crucial part here is that even when Sam was taken to the hospital, the bleeding refused to stop. His normal clotting processes, that stop all of us from bleeding to death from say a simple paper cut, was seemingly absent.

So what's to blame? Well assuming that Sam isn't on high doses of aspirin (known to stop blood clots forming), the likely culprits are small parasites of fish and other marine creatures that release anticoagulants when they feed on flesh. Sea fleas (amphipods) have been known to attack swimmers in large numbers and are the most likely culprit. It's likely the cold waters of the bay only helped to numb their bites, meaning Sam never knew he was becoming a meal for some mini monsters.
