I was too fat. I had bad acne as a teen, There were days I didn't want to leave the house because i was too caught up in how awful I thought my skin looked.
Yung tipong gusto mong bilhin yung paborito mong shirt sa mall, then ang labas wala kang Size. 😩
How can we say "NO" to food? Food is life! 😁
Especially, kapag "stress eating" Arggh. Heaven!
Behind that, I want to break out of my comfort zone, finding ways to get out of my comfort zone. To the point na routine ko na ang kumakaen and binubully nako ng mga kaibigan ko and kapatid ko 😂✌🏻
Then i realized. I need to do something productive! Go to the Gym. Do some workouts. Change your habits. Jogging everyday, Motivate and believe in yourself!
And lastly, NO RICE! Yes. No rice! Kung gusto mo ng pagbabago bes,
then CUT the rice. 😭😁 (Saklap 😭)
From 95Kgs to 63Kgs.
